Shipping policy

The shipping rates offered are calculated based on the total order volume, weight, and shipping address provided. Based on order volume, Cantex may (and it's own discretion) choose to alter the courier company or shipping services selected to mutually benefit the client and Cantex.

All orders require 3-5 business days of processing time in our warehouse before the order is shipped.

Please note we use several third-party carriers to ship orders (Canada Post, FedEx, Canpar, DHL, etc.), and therefore we are not liable for any packages once the parcel has been marked as delivered by the carrier.
