After washing on a normal cycle in cold water and drying the blanket on low heat, a large strip of threads was exposed. It looks as if most of the fuzz washed off that section and the underlying threads were stretched and exposed. It does not seem like a durable blanket and I'm embarrassed to have bought it as a gift for my friend. I will be contacting customer service tomorrow.
Love this blanket/sheet. So perfect when you need a little extra warmth or if you want to be comfortable without a duvet or heavy blanket. My year round favorite!
I’ve always compared flannel blankets to the IBEX quality of the mid 80’s, never finding one that measured up. Looking forward to testing the water with this, my first purchase of IBEX is many, many years. Initially, the quality appears great. King size is true to size and covers bed nicely after wash and dry.
Too early to give opinion on long term quality, but ordering was easy and delivery, speedy!
